There no transfer of value in Cardano POS mechanism.
Avoid and staking where u tranfer value. The transfer of value triggers regulations.

I have a question from you. For the next capitulation, do you leave some dry powder in some exchanges and enter in limit orders or do you take everything out of exchanges and only transfer in funds immediately after the capitulation and buy spot on the exchanges that didn’t go down?

I get 78% on my "earn". I can put an amount in for 60 days and get more than 90% of people make in 365 days doin 9-5. Regulated and take out within 3 seconds.
